FAQ

All your questions, answered.

1. How do I secure a booking?

A security deposit of 20% of the full amount is required to secure the service requested on the scheduled date. The balance of 80% is payable in full on the day of completion.

2. How long in advance should we book you?

Popular wedding dates require bookings as far as 1.5 years in advance. Should your event/ wedding fall on a non-peak season, you may consider booking around 6 - 12 months in advance instead.

For a pre-wedding shoot, you may choose to book us at least 3 - 6 months before the wedding day.

3. Do you require food on our wedding day?

Yes, please! A simple meal for us (grab food, bento set) during the quieter moments, such as the period of time after the first march-in, would be greatly appreciated.

4. Do you need transportation?

We can make our way to the first location of the day. However, all subsequent locations will require transportation and we usually tag along any transportation that is available.

5. How long do you take to edit the photos?

For Wedding Day/ Prewedding services, final photographs will be provided within 8 weeks after the shoot.

For Family Photoshoots, final photographs will be provided within 4 weeks after the shoot.

6. What is your postponement policy for Wedding Day services?

We do not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a change in scheduled date for Wedding Day services. Additionally, if we are unable to agree on a new date, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the 20% deposit will be forfeited.

7. What is your postponement policy for Pre-wedding/ family shoot?

We do not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a change in the scheduled date for pre-wedding/ family shoot. Should we be unable to agree on a new date, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the 20% deposit will be forfeited.

8. Can I have the raw files please?

No. Raw files are like uncompleted work that we do not provide to our clients.

9. Can you edit your colour to a certain style?

Each photographer has their own style of shooting/ editing which we hope is what draws our clients to TPS.

If there is an alternative style you prefer, it would be best to reach out to someone who is best able to shoot/edit that style.

For Shot-list wise, feel free to let us know what shots you’d like during our meeting before the shoot/ wedding day.
